Refund Policy

No Refunds

All Haven Cloud cloud storage plans — including monthly, 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year prepaid services — are non-refundable.

 

Once a storage environment is provisioned, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including:

- Partial use of the service

- Customer misconfiguration

- Change of business needs

- Early termination of service

- Unused time remaining on the subscription

Cancellation Policy

Month-to-Month Service

- A 30-day cancellation notice is required.

- Service remains active until the end of the notice period.

- No refunds or pro-rated credits will be provided.

 

1-Year, 3-Year, and 5-Year Prepaid Reserved Plans

- Sold at discounted rates in exchange for a full-term commitment.

- No refunds are provided for any reason.

- Customers may cancel anytime, but service remains active until the end of the purchased term.

- No credits or pro-rated adjustments will be issued.

Service Delivery

Haven Cloud does not ship physical products. All services are provisioned digitally.

 

- Storage environments activated within 1-2 business day.

- Setup instructions and API credentials delivered by email.

- Service is available immediately upon activation.

- United States

Billing & Usage Notes

- Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled with 30-day notice.

- Long-term reserved plans (1-year, 3-year, 5-year) are prepaid and non-refundable.

- No egress fees or API request fees.

- Overages, if incurred, are billed at the contracted rate.

Haven Cloud Support can assist with:

- S3-compatible integrations

- Backup software configuration (Veeam, Commvault, Acronis, etc.)

- Scaling storage capacity

- Security and immutability settings

- Data residency requirements
